Product Description

Take out robot is usually the simplest injection  robot. It is driven by a cylinder and is mainly used for the nozzle removal of 20 to 150 tons of injection molding machines.

After the installation of the arm robot is completed, the action program is set according to the production requirements, and the program can be put into production after the teaching is correct.

The arm robot controller can store 100 sets of mold programs. Generally, there are 20 sets of fixed programs for users to choose when leaving the factory. If the 20 sets of fixed programs can not meet the production requirements, the user can teach the program by themselves, and the taught program can exist 20~ 99 groups.

  The arm robot can be telescoped under the control of the cylinder and swinged 45 degrees to the left and right to screw into the injection molding machine and then screw it out.
