1. New Qualified Products and Personnel Trainings

1) Confirm customer requirements before recommending the most suitable robot model and sending scientific and reasonable proposal

2)  Offer 100% brand new qualified products .

3) Provide adjusting installations and personnel trainings.

4) Conduct client review system and  customer satisfaction surveys  


2. 12 Months Warranty

1). For machine parts only,12 months warranty from exporting date for foreign sales with local maintenance service.The damage resulted from human mistakes or natural diasters is not included.


2). A service fee will be charged  for out of warranty customer within their discretion 


3) 24 hours stand by phone, Skype, Wechat. The service department is a cost center, not a profit center. It is a non-profit sector which provides full support for the sales department.


3. Regular Quarterly Inspection Services and Lifelong Maintenance Services


1). Provides regular quarterly inspection services for customers. We take the initiative for inspections and maintenances. Your problems will be quickly solved and your precious feedbacks and comments will be serious considered.


2). All KEMANS product users can enjoy the lifelong maintenance services.
