1) Pre-sales- Service

Confirm customer requirements before recommending the most suitable robot model and sending scientific and reasonable proposal

2)Production follow up service

Follow up the production and update the latest status to our customer and prepare full sets of robot operation documents and videos (if needed). And inform customers in advance if any unusal case appears, then takes reasonable action on abnormalities conditions in cooperation with the customer.

3)After-sale Service

Provide 1 year warranty for spare parts and 24 hours stand by phone, Skype, Wechat.

Overseas technical support and onsite installation and training service is also available.
